Modify dynamic markings

All the notes previously entered should be performed softly and marked with the piano dynamic marking. Furthermore, dynamic markings below the lower staff are not required.

  1. Use Shift-Command-Right Arrow Shift Command Arrow Right to select all the notes on the treble clef staff.

  2. In the left sidebar, scroll down and click the Dynamics Dynamics button button to open the Dynamics pane.

  3. Choose the Piano Piano button dynamic marking in the Dynamics pane.

  4. Click the notes at the beginning of the bass clef staff.

  5. Hold the Shift Shift key and click the rest symbol at the end of the lower staff.

  6. Repeat the step 3.

  7. Open the Instrument editor by clicking the label with the instrument name Piano in the Status panel.

  8. In the Instrument editor, go to the Tracks Tracks section section.

  9. Click the Notation Forms row located below the Track · Bass (F4) C heading.

  10. Toggle the Visibility Visibility button button in the Dynamics | Voice: 1 row.

  11. Click Done to apply changes.

  12. As you can see, after hiding the dynamic markings on the bass clef staff, the app has selected some notes on the treble clef staff. Since it is not required to perform any actions on these notes, press Command-I Command I to switch to the Input mode and select the initial position of the previous selection.
